Q: What is the water source you use for the Polar Natural Spring Water?
A: Polar uses the three following springs: Fountain Spring in West Alton, New Hampshire, Hillside Farms Spring in Somers, Connecticut and Dram Cup Spring in Milford, New Hampshire. The purity of our spring water is attributed to these natural spring sources, which are all protected from outside influences such as business, housing and agriculture. They have also undergone extensive testing for quality, micro contamination, quality of water delivered and the capacity of the spring to recharge. This ensures our customers the purest natural spring water available today. For more information on one of our main springs go to www.fountainsprings.com .

Q: What is the treatment process of the Polar Natural Spring Water?
A: All of the springs Polar uses are free flowing, which requires no pump of any kind to draw the water. All the water flows from the ground in its natural force to the surface where it is then drawn into a sheltered housing unit that protects it. The water is then run into 8000-gallon stainless steel tanks where it is collected to be stored for delivery to our manufacturing plant. The water is slightly ozonated or UV light to insure quality water with no bacteria upon arrival to our Worcester manufacturing plant. At the plant, the tankers are sampled for bacteria and coliform and unloaded into designated tanks. The water is pumped through ultra violet light, passed through a filter for any sand or other particles that may be present and then placed into an ozone contact tank for additional ozonation of any bacteria.

Polar Natural Spring Water is tested by the following laboratories: ELAB, Inc; Northeast Laboratory Services; MWH Laboratories; Pace Analytical Services, Inc.; Severn Trent Laboratories and Hazen Research Inc..
