Pallets of empty bottles are moved onto conveyor belts and begin to narrow as bottles pick up speed.
Bottles are moved in single file to prepare to enter the filling machine.
Bottles are placed on the cyclical filling machine where they are filled with product. In this picture Diet Orange Dry is being produced.
Filled bottles move through the plastic closure area and are capped immediately. Conveyor system moves bottles out of the filling room for final preparations before the labels are applied.
Quality Control Professionals test the product several times throughout the production process for color, taste and ingredient specifications.
Labels are then applied to each bottle.
Completed bottles move along the conveyor belt to begin packaging.
Individual bottles are then picked up and placed in reusable plastic trays.
Finished cases then move to the palletizer. This machine moves the cases in a configuration that will safely stack the cases for shipment.
Finished pallet of Diet Orange Dry, shrink-wrapped ready to be shipped.
